Insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance plans; however, I will work with out-of-network plans by providing all necessary paperwork and advocating for your reimbursements.  Please contact your insurance company to determine the following:

- What is my out-of-network deductible and how much has been met so far?

- How much of the therapy fee will you reimburse?  (Ask for both the percentage reimbursed AND what your plan deems as customary and reasonable in our area.)

- How do I submit paperwork for reimbursement?

Cancellations

I require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.  I will do my best to reschedule the appointment if requested; however, clients are responsible for the full fee of the session for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Confidentiality Policy

The law protects the relationship between a client and a therapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.  Exceptions include: suspected child abuse or elder abuse and risk to one's self or another.  Unless you have otherwise specified, your work and school will not know that you are in therapy.
